Terms & Conditions

 

• Before accessing or using our website in any way, please ensure that you have thoroughly read the following Terms of Service. You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service if you access or use any portion of the site in any way.

• You are not permitted to access the website or make use of any services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions that are outlined in this agreement. If this Terms of Service document is taken into consideration an offer, the terms under which it can be accepted will be strictly adhered to.

 

Payments

 

• All transactions pertaining to payments are handled through our website. Unless there is a legitimate need to do so, we do not and will not accept payments processed through third-party suppliers.

• The total amount due for the services rendered is to be paid. Certain services are available for a non-refundable deposit. If [the Client] has already paid a deposit, the balance of the money is due no later than seven business days after the conclusion of the project. In the event that [The Client] does not make the final payment, the project that they have requested will be immediately canceled.

 

• All sales are final.

No Communication Policy 

​

• The sole method of communication that is used is email.​ Our typical response time for e-mails is between one to two business days.

​

• A design form will be provided to [The Customer] for the specific services that they request. If the design forms are not completed within one to three business days, your order will be sent to the back of the line. Because unexpected things can and will happen, we kindly ask that you keep us updated if you require additional time.

​

• If [The Client] does not respond to emails and no agreement is reached within two weeks, the project will be automatically forfeited with no refunds available.

​

• To resume or restart the project after this period, the Client must pay a reinstatement fee of $100+ and settle any outstanding balance in full. Exceeding the two-week timeframe will result in termination of collaboration with Liaison Graphics. Clients are responsible for promptly communicating any delays.

​

For services or projects that have been ghosted for more than 30 days, a restart fee that ranges from 10–25 percent of the entire service cost must be paid.

​

Design Proofs & Revisions 

​

• Design proofs are sent to [the Client] prior to the final files being delivered. The design proofs that we provide are not to be utilized, sold, or reproduced in any way.

 

• The number of allowed revisions varies depending on the provider. When the number of allowed revisions has been exhausted, [The Client] will be responsible for paying additional fees. Keep in mind that revisions are just slightly altered sentences. There will be an additional cost incurred for the redesign in the event that [The Client] requests one.

Turnaround Times  

​

• Timeframes for branding services might vary from 7 business days up to 28 business days. We will always do our best to deliver on time, but being a sole proprietor, unforeseen events may cause us to fall behind schedule.

 

• Unanticipated demand, unforeseen health problems, technology obstacles, and other unanticipated events are all examples. Until we hear back from [the Client], we will be unable to begin the service. We cannot begin our job until we get all of the necessary details.

Completed Services  

 

• After receiving drafts, you must examine all design files thoroughly to assure your satisfaction. The project is regarded "complete" after approval is given. A cost for revisions will be added to the project if extra modifications are needed after it has been finished.

 

• Unless otherwise specified, Liaison Graphics LLC is free to include client-commissioned pieces in my portfolio and use them in marketing materials. When our work is done, you are free to do whatever you like with the final design. However, under no circumstances may you resell graphics to third parties or otherwise attempt to pass off the work of Liaison Graphics LLC as your own.

 

• All drafts are for review purposes only. They are protected intellectual property of Liaison Graphics LLC and may not be copied, altered, or used in any way without prior written permission.
